On the last Thursday in June, several people involved in the realisation of CFF Immobilier’s flagship project in Lausanne West came together for an informative event.

The subject of sustainability as applied to the Central Malley project was presented in detail by the guest expert: Olivier Epelly, from Amstein + Walthert. In particular, he was involved in the project’s “Site 2000 watts” certification, an ambitious energy objective that aims to considerably reduce the impact of construction and operation on the environment. The presentation ended with a discussion with the participants. Alongside the main conference, the office space commercial team gave an overview of the current state of progress of the project and the possibilities for welcoming new tenants.

The group then moved to the terrace next to the site to enjoy the breathtaking view of the buildings under construction.

The office and retail spaces are currently being let, and the new buildings will be brought into service between late 2024 and early 2025.
