31 apartments that are part of the new Central Malley project will be available for sale early June. The Omnia Immobilier agency in Lausanne is responsible for marketing.

The Central Malley project, which has been under construction since spring 2022, will consist of five buildings. The A2 building consists of apartments sold under a storey ownership system. The 31 units will be marketed June 3rd by the Omnia Immobilier agency in Lausanne. Apartments will range in size from 1 bedroom to 4.5-room. It is also possible to purchase a parking space. The 31 apartments can be furnished according to the buyers preferences. Keys will be handed over during the 1st half of year 2025.
